Your social network connection may need to be refreshed from time to time. When a connection is about to expire or if the network needs re-authorization, SocialHP sends an email notification. Simply look for the Refresh button on the email and follow the prompts.

You can also refresh the connection right on the platform. 

The following instructions show you how to Refresh a Social Network on your Desktop:

1.     Log into SocialHP

2.     Click on the Settings gear on the Product Sidebar

3.     Click on the Social Networks tab

4.     Click the down arrow and select Refresh

5.     Follow the authentication steps provided by the respective network
