Where to go to sync Dynamics 365 with SocialHP

To integrate Dynamics 365, you need to access the SmartLink tab on the left-hand column of the dashboard.

Once you've selected SmartLinks, select Integrations.

This tab will display the Integrations that can be used with SocialHP. To connect Dynamics 365, select the Dynamics 365 icon.

Select the 'Install Now' button to finish the integration.
