How do Reactions work?

Reactions allow your team to track and engage with top-performing content directly through the SHP platform. Review total clicks, likes, comments, and shares and react with one-click.

What can I track?

Within the SHP platform, you can
review content published on your social media feeds and easily review:

  • Total Clicks
  • Total Likes
  • Total Comments
  • Total Shares

How to react to content

Select the post you'd like to react to and choose between 'Like', 'Comment', and 'Share'. 

  • LinkedIn: Reacting to a post for LinkedIn will immediately react to the original post on LinkedIn.
  • Twitter: Reacting to a post for Twitter will have the original tweet receive the like/favorite.
  • Comments: When reacting as a comment, a social module will appear where you can write and leave a comment.
  • Share: When sharing a post, a social module will appear where you can share and leave a comment.

    How to organize with Groups & Feeds

    If you're looking for specific content, for example 'Company News'. You can select content relating to it on the left-hand column under Groups.

    If you're looking for specific social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), you can select the related vertical under Feeds.
