In order to automatically import your SmartLink leads into Salesforce simply follow these steps:

1.     Navigate to SmartLinks from the Products Toolbar

2.     Click on the Integrations tab

3.     Select Salesforce

4.     Click on the [ Install Now ] button

5.     Follow the OAuth integration instructions as provided by Salesforce

This will connect all of your leads at the corporate level. However, often times individual employees and sales reps want to be credited for their social selling efforts and want to ensure that leads that are captured as a result of their individual efforts are correctly tagged with their Salesforce User ID within the Salesforce platform.

In order for each individual user to be correctly identified (sales attribution) within the Salesforce platform, each individual member must follow these steps on the SocialHP platform:

1.     Navigate to the Settings page from the Products Toolbar

2.     Click on the SalesForce integration tab

3.     Click on the [ Connect ] button

4.     Follow the OAuth integration instructions as provided by Salesforce.
