If you would like to be notified when users redeem Rewards you will need to add yourself to the Reward Redemption Administrator list.

In order to add yourself (or any other user) to the Reward Redemption Administrator list please follow these steps:

1.     Click on the Team Settings from the Global Settings menu

2.     Select the Reward Settings from the sub-menu

3.     Select the Redeemed Rewards tab

4.     Click on [ + user ] to add a new Reward Redemption Administrator
