Depending on your company culture and policies surrounding your social media, you may want to change the settings of your default AutoPilot policy.

By default, AutoPilot is set to ON for all new users. To change this behavior and to activate the AutoPilot disclaimer, please follow these steps: 

1.     Navigate to the Account settings page (represented by the gear icon on the Product sidebar)

2.     Click on Settings (already selected by default)

3.     Scroll down to the AutoPilot Default Settings parameter

4.     Turn ON or turn OFF the default for all employees who join in the future (employees who have already joined and set their status will not be affected)

AutoPilot Disclaimer

Please note, by deactivating the AutoPilot default, you will also automatically turn on the AutoPilot disclaimer for precautionary reasons. 

When users switch from Locked to AutoPilot mode, they will be required to give express consent (please see image below) to post on their behalf.
