You can now @mention companies on LinkedIn and Twitter accounts right from within SocialHP. Easily tag companies whether you're a Team Administrator creating content or a Member whose ready to share.
Here's how it works:
- Simply enter ‘@’ and start typing the name of the company you wish to mention in Advanced Editor, or right in your captions when you're ready to share from the Content page or in Calendar.
- A dropdown will appear with a list of suggested companies you can tag.
- Click on the company you wish to tag and their handle will be included at the time of publishing.

A word about tagging
- It's not possible to mention Facebook or LinkedIn personal profiles. You can mention any Twitter profile, including personal profiles, although personal profiles will not appear in the dropdown menu.
- Only LinkedIn pages with over 300 followers can be mentioned.
- It's possible that a company may not have a presence on a platform we're publishing to. In this case, the company name will appear as normal text instead of being tagged.
- It is not possible to tag a company on Facebook. Mentions can only be done in the same way they're done directly on Facebook because of how posts are shared to personal Facebook accounts.
- Do not use spaces or special characers or letters with "accent" "é" or "ó" - use "e" or "o" instead.
