The red lock icon indicates "Approval Required." This allows the user to review and approve each content prior to posting.

Switch to "Auto Approve" to have content automatically approved. 

To do this go to:

1.     Settings

2.     Click on Applications

3.     Select Auto Approve

4.     Approving User Generated Content
