Employees can now schedule and manage their social posts seamlessly between the desktop and mobile app.
Step 1. Access the Newsfeed
While on the mobile app, select the content that you’d like to schedule or publish.
Step 2. Share your Content
When you’ve selected your content, click the ‘share’ button in the top right hand corner.
Step 3. Select your Social Network to Share
Once you’ve selected the share button, you’ll be prompted with your connected social media platforms.
Select the social channel you’d like to share your content on.
Step 4. Post Immediately or Schedule ahead of time
You’ll be presented with the ‘Share Box’ where you can edit the caption and description of your post.
By default, your post will be scheduled for immediate release. If you’d like to change the date and time - select the ‘right away’ button.
Step 5. Choose Scheduled Date & Scheduled Time
Upon selecting the ‘right away’ button, you’ll be able to choose a date and time for your post.
Step 6. Confirm and Schedule Content
Once you’ve reviewed the description and scheduled date, press the ‘Schedule’ button in the top right hand corner to confirm your post.
Step 7. Reviewing upcoming content
You can review upcoming scheduled content by selecting the calendar view at the bottom of your app.
Step 8. Reviewing scheduled content
All scheduled content will be accessible via the calendar view including those scheduled using the mobile app or desktop.
By selecting the content, you’ll be able to edit and make additional changes to release date, description and caption.
